EXPERIENCE

Feb 2012 – Oct 2013 Financial Consultant-Internal Auditor by ICAP GROUP SA for the program "Support Services 6th Health Region of Greece" for the project "Development and Improvement Systems for Financial Planning and Financial Management Hospital using Computerized double-entry system." Key Activities:
• Counseling financial support.
• Identify and assess the current state of the financial-accounting and management functions of the hospital.
• Support services for the organization of processes of individual departments of hospitals.
• Services to inform and support the operation of general and analytical accounting and public accounting in the hospital.

April 2011 – Jan 2012 Special Economic Expert in the research project: "Project Planning - Coordination and support Ministry of Health & 6th Health Region of Greece to develop and improve systems and financial planning financial management of hospitals using computerized double-entry system" implemented under the Operational Program "Administrative Reform 2013" National School of Public Health. Key Activities:
• Recording, analysis and proposals on the state of the financial information with respect to:
• Informing the general accounts
• The public accounting
• The completeness of internal control procedures in hospitals at 6th Health Region of Greece.
• The state of implementation of double-entry hospitals at 6th Health Region of Greece.
Recording, analysis and proposals on matters double entry, internal control procedures in hospitals at 6th Health Region of Greece and the state of all supervised objectives of the memorandum as follows:
• The computerization of hospitals.
• The central and peripheral reliable data collection
• Monitoring of monthly minimum safety limits (based on a uniform coding) materials and medicines.
• The monthly billing for Your Care to pension funds, private insurance companies or individuals, Greeks or foreigners
• Monitoring the consumptions of drugs and materials, by type, by category, by clinic and doctor through generalized to all hospitals to adopt the use of e-prescribing drugs, materials and all kinds of tests and referrals in hospitals and health centers.
