3. Responsibilities of Stakeholders
3.1 Secretariat
The Secretariat announces the examination schedule, including dates, times, and locations, and prepares the list of eligible students, which is provided to the instructor.
3.2 Proctors
Proctors are informed of their duties based on the Secretariat's schedule. If a change is needed, they must find a replacement and notify the instructor at least one day in advance.
3.3 Instructors
The instructor is solely responsible for the smooth conduct of the examination and must be present throughout its duration. The syllabus and examination rules must be presented during the course.
3.4 Examinees
Examinees must present valid identification and comply with all rules, such as avoiding disruptions and following proctor instructions.

4.3 End of Examination
At the end of the examination, proctors collect and count the papers before handing them over to the instructor. Students must sign as proof of submission.
5. Examination Results
Grades are announced within twenty working days. Students have the right to review their exam papers and submit a regrading request within seven days of the announcement.
6. Examinations for Students with Disabilities or Dyslexia
Students with disabilities or dyslexia must submit the necessary documentation to the Secretariat and are provided accommodations, such as extended time or oral examinations, depending on their needs.
