The Thesis (T) is an original project based on literature review and/or field research. Its purpose is to familiarize students with the research process and to deepen their knowledge in the fields of study offered by the Department. The topic of the Thesis falls within the academic subjects of the undergraduate program. Students propose the topic in consultation with one or more supervising instructors.
The Thesis is undertaken in the final semester of studies (8th semester), is worth twelve (12) ECTS credits in total, and is optional (it can be substituted with equivalent ECTS courses as per the Study Guide). The Thesis should be between 8,000 and 10,000 words in length (excluding references and appendices). It may be written in either Greek or English.
