Complaints

These regulations outline the procedure for handling complaints or appeals that active undergraduate students may submit regarding the educational, administrative, or other services provided by the Undergraduate Study Program (USP). Complaints must pertain to issues that can be resolved within the Academic Department or School.

A complaint or appeal is defined as a concern or issue causing dissatisfaction, related to the quality of services provided by the USP, and for which the resolution process is not covered by other regulations or procedures.

It is important to note that serious issues beyond the scope of a "complaint" fall under the jurisdiction of the Student Ombudsman.
