Dear Students, Dear Visitors,

As Head of the Department, and on behalf of our entire academic, administrative, and technical staff, I warmly welcome you to the website of the Department of Management Science and Technology (MST) at the University of the Peloponnese, based in the historic and welcoming city of Tripoli.

We live in an era of rapid and profound global transformation. Digital transformation, artificial intelligence, big data management, and the increasingly complex globalized environment are fundamentally reshaping the economic, business, and social landscape. In this uncertain and highly competitive era, traditional approaches to management are no longer sufficient. The effective integration of Management Science with modern Information and Communication Technologies has become essential for the survival, growth, and innovation of every contemporary organization.

In response to these global challenges, the Department of Management Science and Technology has emerged as one of the most dynamic university departments in Greece. Our mission is to provide cutting-edge education and research, with particular emphasis on innovative business strategy, human capital development, and the holistic transformation of business activities.

Through our modern and interdisciplinary Undergraduate Study Programme, we place particular emphasis on developing analytical, digital, and communication skills. Our academic ecosystem is further enriched by two postgraduate programmes, a doctoral programme, and four officially established research laboratories that produce significant and internationally recognized research.

Among the key strengths of our Department is its strong outward-looking orientation, reflected in close collaborations and memoranda of cooperation with academic institutions and organizations from the public and private sectors, both in Greece and abroad. Equally important is the outstanding quality of our teaching staff. Our faculty members, with extensive research activity and an active presence at international conferences, consistently support and inspire our students in their pursuit of continuous improvement and academic excellence.

Our ultimate goal is to educate and shape the professionals and leaders of tomorrow: individuals with vision, values, and strategic thinking who will not only pursue successful careers in public, private, and international organizations, but will also become a driving force for social change, sustainable development, and the improvement of citizens’ quality of life.
